Leadership Retreat attendance form:

 

Held May 24, 25, 26 of 2008 in St. Helen MI (48656)

 

The retreat is held at no charge (lodging is extra) for troop leaders, scoutmasters and evaluators or anyone interested in those leadership positions within DSA.  Every attendee (except significant others and children that might be tagging along) are required to do a 45 minute presentation on a topic related to dogs or the instruction/check-outs for a badge that you want to be certified to evaluate.

 

Please fill in all the info below before Monday May 12th to be added to the schedule and attendance list.  Only complete applications will be accepted by the system.  Presentation title, arrival time/date and departure time/date and lodging preference can be changed until May 12th by submitting the form again.
